It's becoming increaingly more difficult to make it to the end of the year, especially now that I've officially decided where I'm going. Yep, Georgetown U. it is, and I couldn't be more thrilled. It's taken such a long time to get to this point, but all that bitching and moaning and euro and physics and calc and first semester of 11th grade finally paid off. And now I'm done. I just want to sit in my bed and draw and watch Batman Begins in anticipation for Dark Knight (July 18th, be there!).

I'm such a freaking nerd...Brett and I are going to see Iron Man on Friday, and Andrew and Eric and Steve had somehow talked Katie and me into going to the midnight showing of the new Indiana Jones movies. Though the second they show with fedoras and whips, I'm gone.

So, while I wait for everything wonderful to come to pass (i.e. APs to be over, prom, Poconos, graduation, Europe, Dark Knight, etc), I'm going to draw some more!

Christian Bale -
For the obvious reasons. He's unbelieveably gorgeous...and he's Batman. I did one of him a while ago, but I'm hoping this one comes out a WHOLE lot better. :/

Kate Winslet -
Without a doubt my favorite actress. I can't believe it took me this long to do one of her....

Ralph Fiennes -
Started one of him a while ago, don't know if I'm actually going to finish it.... I need to be in the mood; maybe I'll go watch White Countess again.

Hayden Christensen -
I've decided to revisit a 6th grade obsession. I'm actually really excited about drawing him.

Corbin Bleu -
That one would most likely be for my sister's birthday in June; she's going through a High School Musical kick. Also, he's adorable.

My sister -
Without a doubt the hardest person I've ever tried to draw. I'm going to need lots of pep talks to get me through that one.

And I want to finish up that painting I've started. It's the first one I've ever done on canvas, but it's oils and I'm trying to do details, so it's taking me a long time cause I have to wait for certain areas to dry (as much as possible).

Anyway, that should last me the summer. Guaranteed I don't do HALF of that list...I have such art ADD.

Wow, long post. Can you tell I should be working on the THREE speechs I have due next week? The NHS one shouldn't be that bad, but I really want my graduation speech to be good. Eh, I'll do it later. Just get me out of this school!






Also, hahahahaha, I can't believe I forgot to mention this before...I've been nominated for prom queen! How weird is that? I don't even remember when we voted, but Kellie comes running up to me beginning of yesterday and is like, You're on the ballot for prom queen! So THAT should prove interesting....
